AS A COURTESY TO OUR NEIGHBORS

Please arrive at our gate only five minutes before your tour time. 
If you are early, do not wait on the street in front of the Foundation.
You must park inside our gate as we are prohibited from allowing visitor parking on the street. 
Remain in your vehicle until parked inside our gate.
Visitors may not walk in or be dropped off unless arriving by taxi or limo.

UPON ARRIVAL

Enter at the gate that has a bronze sculpture of a man.
Your docent will be there to open the gate. Otherwise, press the intercom button.
Lock all handbags, totes, briefcases, and cell phones (or turn off the ring) in your car.

THE TOUR

The tour takes approximately one hour and 45 minutes.
You must always stay with your docent; do not separate from the group.
We cannot accommodate people leaving the tour mid-way.
Photography is allowed outside only.

No children under twelve years of age.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING

Please let us know immediately if you need to cancel or the size of your group changes.
There are many stairs, a good deal of walking, and no elevators.
Tours may be too strenuous for those with walking/standing difficulties.
You visit at your own risk and waive any claim against the Foundation in case of injury.
MINI-COACHES MORE THAN 28 FEET IN LENGTH WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
We reserve the right to cancel tours, even at the last minute.
