Frederick R Weisman was a pioneering collector whose rise as an important patron of the arts paralleled the emergence of the contemporary art scene in Los Angeles. In the 1950’s, Frederick Weisman lived and worked in Fullerton, gaining a well respected reputation as the President of Hunt Foods, Inc. (then known as Val-Vita Foods).

On view are works created by LA artists during this exciting time, spanning a period that begins in the 1960s and continues through 2009.
